2021 Proprietary Red Wine Blend

This JACK Winery 2021 Proprietary Red Wine is a blend of three powerhouse red varietals grown in the Napa Valley. Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petite Verdot comprise the blend which begins with a crimson, cherry red, burgundy-purple- blue haze color. Aromas of raspberry, tart cherry, cinnamon and plum appear first, before herbal notes of bay leaf and sage. Bright, fresh flavors of wild berries, juicy cherries and currants meld into a vibrant, yet smooth, flavor bomb. The foundation of this wine is of a solid structure, while the texture is smooth, and the finish sensually long. 

• Fermented in French oak barrels, Sur Lie (“stirring of the sediment”), then aged for 18 months before bottling.
